In order to ensure that the operation of the site is not interrupted, it is important to monitor the validity period of the services. Renewing a server only takes a couple of minutes and is completed in a few simple steps. Let’s look at them in this article.

1. Go to billing

Open your personal account using the link: bill.ufo.hosting. The main page displays key sections and the current balance.

2. Open the services section

In the menu on the left there is a tab «Products/Services».

3. Select the desired server

In the pop-up list, select the desired item, for example «Virtual servers». Then a list of all VPS registered to the account will appear on the screen.

4. Looking through the information

You will be presented with ID, domain name, IP address, tariff and service expiration date. We determine which server needs to be renewed and select it.

5. We extend the service

A button will appear above the list «Extend». When clicked, a window will open with a choice of renewal period. After confirmation and payment (if there are funds in the account), the extension is activated automatically.

Notifications about the end of the renewal period

We notify you in advance when the service is about to expire:

• first notice — in 3 days until completion;
• repeated — 1 day in advance if the extension has not been completed.

Notifications are sent to the e-mail specified in your account and are displayed in your personal account.
